Rachel Leong joins Titan Investors with a background in public policy and international business. Prior to joining Titan Investors, Rachel worked in the White House and United States Senate where she worked on foreign policy and helped develop pro-business government regulations. Rachel got her undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University and her Master’s Degree in Business with a focus on international markets from George Washington University. Rachel now resides in Germany where she helps produce our events overseas.
